I’ve had an urge since childhood to make this lifetime have meaning. The world we live in isn’t easy. It’s a struggle every day for many of us on this planet. Some of us are better equipped to deal with it, to distract ourselves from the turmoil we create; others fight for basic survival every moment. But the unifying element amongst all of us is that we each have the power to effect change, to find meaningful purpose, to make this life count, to positively shift the environments of those around us. Whether it be with a smile, a loving reminder, the work we do, the thoughts we communicate in our quiet time, or the actions we perform, each of us has the capacity for a life of purpose.
Right now, we’re each capable of altering the course of history by flapping our wings! What a wonder! What a responsibility! What an opportunity!
