inner voice

Beyond being a father and being inspired by and raising my children, what gives my life meaning is going out and learning from the planet, connecting to all the people I meet, and delivering that information back in a way that inspires people to think courageously about how they interact with their own realities. Meaning for me right now is the concept of transformation.
In the work I do, I’m like a conduit of information. I help people find their creativity and forge ahead as who they really are, instead of settling for mediocrity and not fulfilling what they feel they’re really meant to do.
As a child, my parents encouraged me to expand my imagination. I’m a daydreamer and have always had a vision in mind about how things could be. My mother was a famous theatre actress. My father was also a theatre actor, but predominantly worked in design and architecture. I grew up around an incredible, creative group of people whose philosophy was to always be creating. That inspired me.
About six years ago I found myself connecting with a group of people who were given the opportunity by Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 organizations around the world to help them solve “impossible” problems. I was so inspired by that and have been doing it ever since.
One of the ways I get back on track is to sit still. I get quiet and mindful and listen to my intuition. I listen to the dialogue inside my mind and determine whose voice I’m listening to. Is it my voice or someone else’s? That helps me prioritize and return to myself and my center. I write things down in lists, then later review them and prioritize what needs to happen first to facilitate the other things on the list.
Sometimes I make things complicated when they’re actually quite simple. When I sit still and listen to my own voice, I realize what my focal point is.
People who really go after what’s meaningful to them have the ability to listen to their internal voice. When we find meaning from within ourselves, we become powerfully, unstoppably motivated.
