tuning in

Originally, tuning in to my highest purpose and aligning my life and my actions with that purpose was a spiritual quest to unite with the source. Over time, it’s become a focus for finding my calling, my highest service.
We are all so unique – there’s only one of each of us in the whole universe – so the more we discover about our unique twists and act from that uniqueness, the more we tune in to the vision of our purpose.
I love continuing to cultivate inner tranquility so my actions and the way I relate to the world come from that place. It’s ongoing at different levels as I tune in from a solitary space and then bring it outward through service in the world. It’s a practice of tuning in more and more to what my gift is, and then giving it fully and with complete abandon.
If I’m ever not feeling like I’m in that place of service, I try to shift to a place of profound gratitude for what I’ve already been able to experience within myself. That place, that space and expression of gratitude, naturally culminates in service.
When I work from that tuned-in space, the gratitude component becomes very strong and more is reflected back to me. For instance, I’ve been doing ten-day trainings where people experience the transformation that takes place during ten days of eating vegan and raw foods. When participants reflect back to me how that’s changing their lives, how it’s impacting the way they look at everything regarding food, it combines with my own tuning in about my path and bells start to go off. I can tell then that I’m in the flow of my path.
Tuning in and aligning my actions as I go gives me signs and continues to lead me to my purpose and my highest service – for which I’m very grateful.
