compete

I’m a competitor and I love to have fun. I was always grappling in life to do well and make it fun for the people around me. Whether I’m on vacation or at work, I’m competing to make every day a good day.
It brings me joy to make life prosperous and beneficial for those around me. I want to look back later in life and know that we maximized the opportunities we had. It’s important to me that we always look for ways to make things better, to take things as far as we can and enjoy the heck out of life as we do it!
When we look at our world in terms of competition, we have an opportunity to choose to make the most of it. We can make things better for ourselves and for the people around us. When we look at life as a competition, we endeavor to make ourselves more efficient and more effective. We endeavor to become a more powerful person.
When I work with my team, I want to get them to really know themselves. I try to get people to know themselves to the point where they can unveil their personal philosophy. You have to learn about what’s important to you and the things going on in your life that you may not even know exist. Once you’re connected to what’s really important to you, things become different. It allows you to be stronger, more authentic, and, in that, you get to more consistently share the best you have to offer the world. That’s what the self-discovery process is.
Whether you’re a mom or a dad, whether you’re trying to be a good brother or sister or a good worker, it’s all exactly the same. Figure out what you’re good at and create a vision of what you could become, then work really hard toward that until it comes to life.
