body wisdom

I love helping women live the lives they’re meant to live, assisting them in their divine purpose.
My personal journey came from connecting with what I call the feminine energy system. Physically and mentally I was living a very successful life. I was very driven. I was making a lot of money working in sports medicine and women’s health in a physiotherapy practice in Australia, but I knew something was missing. I wasn’t connected to the emotional and spiritual. So I set out on a journey to find that missing piece and, now that I’ve discovered it, that’s what I teach to other women.
I work with women who’ve met obstacles and who feel stuck. I use a lot of energy techniques involving movement and breath work to help women find the truth within their bodies. Whether their relationships aren’t working or they’ve encountered other hardships in their lives, I take them into their bodies and give them the experience of connecting to the wisdom that lies within.
The farmers of the Great Plains used to run a rope from the house to the barn so that during blizzards they wouldn’t wander off and lose their way. So often, when we come upon the blizzards of our own lives, we become lost and confused. We don’t know where we’re going or what we’re doing. We forget to tune in to ourselves and listen. The question to ask ourselves is, “What is the rope that keeps me connected?”
When I find myself losing my rope, when I feel critical, stressed, and out of alignment, I take a step back and breathe. I breathe into my tailbone and that anchors me. I breathe into my spine and move my spine like seaweed in the ocean and that softens all the tension. Then I move into my heart space and ask myself, “What am I grateful for right now?”
When I move into gratefulness, I find the rope that leads me back to my feminine energy system. I’m connected emotionally and spiritually. I can find my way.
