strategy

The most meaningful things to me are compassion, understanding, cooperation, sharing, loving, and connecting. There are certainly moments when I’m not in those places, when the critic shows up and allows fear in. How I get back is through a deep sense of trust and faith that God is on my side. I use very practical ways of getting through. I take time out and reassess. I go inward and access my heart and bring love forward. Then take that out into whatever the situation is.
The first thing I do is ask myself, How do I take care of myself in this situation? Maybe I do it by going to the gym or going for a walk along the beach. There’s something replenishing about physical action. I make sure I’m eating healthy foods that support my body and my psyche, and I do spiritual exercises.
Spiritual exercise is like a crank for me. It starts the process of getting back into the flow, back into a better attitude. The practice I do is to chant sacred tones, which helps me let go of my physical and psychological conditions, and moves me back into what I consider one consciousness, where I find myself to be just fine.
God has bankrolled us with natural, body-born gifts. If you’re struggling to know what’s meaningful, look at what you do naturally. When you were very young, were you physical and coordinated? Were you artistic and creative? Did you play by yourself or with others? Open up to those natural gifts and start accessing them more. Ask how you can bring them forward into your life so you’re using your strengths and building confidence around them to create a balanced life here on Earth.
Joy is a deep emotion. It’s fundamental. I don’t have joy unless I have a connection with God. I’m interested in knowing more about what that connection is, how it functions, how I function within it, and how I can share it in a pragmatic, practical way.
I call myself a strategist, supporting people in building commercial value around their natural gifts so they can take care of themselves. I support people in the entrepreneurial world and in their own lives to strategize with their values intact.
My life is about learning to love it all. That’s my sun. My strategy for managing myself and my life in the world is that anything moving toward the sun that’s not of the sun will melt, but anything in the likeness or frequency of the sun becomes part of it.
