I have a solid sense of my mission of sharing the message that each of us has a beautiful soul inside, that everything is connected and loved by Mother Earth, and that if we live according to the wishes of the soul, we can live fulfilling lives in harmony with each other and with the planet.
From my youth, and especially after the death of a friend, I struggled with the question of what the purpose of my life is. That question guided my life, first by leading me to discover its answer, then by driving me to help others answer it for themselves. It has brought out in me a deep love and compassion for all life, and an understanding of our innate value beyond society’s evaluation.
After years of studying traditional Korean mind-body energy practices, I completely immersed myself in them at the top of Mount Moak in South Korea, where I’m from. I made the determination not to eat or sleep until I found the answer to my question. After 21 days, my brain felt like it was exploding. In that moment, I fully realized that I and everyone else are a part of the creative force and wisdom that made the universe and that permeates everything.
After another 21 days of meditation on the same mountain a short time later, I saw two visions of the Earth. One showed the Earth and all the creatures on it as healthy, happy, and peaceful. The other portrayed war, disease, and decline. I knew that which Earth would become the reality was up to humanity.
Years later, while meditating at the top of Bell Rock in Sedona, Arizona, I could feel the deep love of Mother Earth and her anguish for the future. There, I discovered my mission to deliver Mother Earth’s love to all people.
Acting on our awakenings is important. I’m always looking for ways to empower people to listen to the soul and use it as a compass in everyday life. In doing so, we overcome our doubts and fears and discover our own love and oneness with life.
